Sweet Suite.

Recently, we had the opportunity to work on a small but stunning project – an above-garage suite that our client wanted to be made more functional and potentially even rent out! From the drywalling to the finishing to the painting, we were honored to be trusted with the whole process. Despite its compact size, the space turned out to be absolutely beautiful, and we're thrilled with how it all came together.

The project began with the basics – drywalling, mudding, and finishing the walls. Our team carefully handled each step, ensuring smooth surfaces and perfect edges. After the sanding was completed, we spent time perfecting every corner, patching up any imperfections, and ensuring that the walls were ready for paint.

Once the prep work was complete, it was time to bring the suite to life with color. Our client picked out the very 'in' color Barely White, a modern and neutral white that made the space feel light, airy, and welcoming. It's always such a breath of fresh air when the first coat is applied. What a difference it makes!

What was once a small, unfinished space became a beautifully refreshed suite, perfect for a cozy living area or a quiet retreat.

Though the space was small, the attention to detail and craftsmanship made all the difference. From drywall to finishing touches, it’s amazing what a little care and the right colors can do for a room.

And shout out to the intentionality of the clients, the couple couldn't have been more creative with the cabinets they got from IKEA and the feature wall idea. Beyond what we worked on, the place turned out great!
